Hips

Hi all,

Can anyone help.... my hips keep clicking at night when I turn over. By the morning I feel like I've been run over by a bus. Is this normal? Anyone else getting this. I am hoping that it is just things moving around and baby's head engaging but could it be SPD?

xxx

Iv been getting it this, where does it click ? for me its my pelvis i think ? its right low down by my lady bits and im exactly the same its when I turn over it bed, it clicks and crunches and doesnt half hurt, then when I need to get up to go the loo its is so painful I hobble there! Do you dread waking in the night ? becuase I do now..........Im convinced it is SPD, but midwife said its position of baby and becuase ligaments are loose.

Yes I do hate getting up in the night I feel like an old woman hobbling to the toilet. I'm thinking that it's not SPD just babys head engaging even more. I have an appointment with the midwife on Wednesday so hopefully she'll be able to reassure me.

I have this. I had it really bad last night. My nurse told me its because our joints become very loose when we are pregnant. She just said to take Tylenol. It doesn't seem to help me though. I had a warm bath when I woke up and it helped.
