Elephant syndrome!

Today is worse than ever. Elephant feet syndrome has hit big time!!! My right ankle and foot seems to swell up more than the left, I do try to put my feet up as much as possible but doesn't always look good when in the office!!

Is anyone else suffering more and more as time goes on??

I've been suffereing for a while now, the hot weather doesn't help. I'm the opposite, my left foot and ankle swell worse than the right. Even the top of my left foot hurts because the skin is tight, it feels all bruised. I miss my ankles! And wearing shoes other than flip flops!

I'm the same, none of my shoes fit so not sure what I'm meant to do when I have to go out.. lol My right food is a lot worse than the left and nothing takes it down now, I think the weather is really making it a lot worse too

Unfortunately ive been in the elephant foot club since week 14. I doubt i will ever see my ankles again and if i do i will need a formal introduction as its been that long!

My left one is so much worse than my right and hurts like hell to walk on in the evenings. Even though i put them up as often as possible they just dont go down.

Anyone want to swap a left foot?

Welcome to motherhood - i bet all body parts go wrong from here on in!

I've got this too

Yesterday my feet, ankles and legs swelled up really big and I could hardly get my wedding ring off in the evening. It was my first experience of the swelling and it was horrible

I absolutely love the summer usually but at the moment I don't know what to do with myself as it's too hot to be outside!!

xx

I am glad I'm not the only one in the Nelly club!!!!

yesterday I did nothing all day, felt a little off, so slept and had my feet up and the swelling did go down loads. Still feel bruised to the touch though and again, my right ancel feels worst.

So now at work, I am sure the elephant look will return in the next few hours!!!!

It has even been cooler here in BG, had a lot of rain so can't even blame the weather!!!
