I'm Currently Feeling:  | Just got back from hospital
Hey guys for the past few days Ive been suffering with the cold from hell  I had a terrible fever I didnt feel Maiya move to much yesterday which worried me the last few weeks shes been quite she has been really active so in the morning I still hadnt felt her move and called the maternity ward and they said for me to come striaght in so I picked up hubby and off we went they put the doppler thing round my belly and I cried my eyes out when they found her heartbeat  theyve given me a kick chart to start tomorrow to keep and eye on her if in doubt girls and this happens to you dont hesitate and get yourself to hospital. now if I could just pass on this hellish cold and feel normal or at least as normal as a heavily pregnant women can be  |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Getting a bug or flu whilst pregnant really sucks. You feel ill and worry about the baby at the same time.
I have had a tummy bug for a few days now and feel awful. I just want to get over it so that I can be up and about again. Plus the endless worry about how the diahorrea and high temperature is affecting the baby is upsetting me. I even phoned NHS24 about it yesterday, but the doctor reassured me that if I am getting enough water and am peeing normally, then the baby will still be able to get nutrients and things.
I hope you feel better soon.
