I'm Currently Feeling: | Sorry to hear you aren't sleeping either. I'm new to the forum - how many weeks are you along?
I only can sleep 2 hours at a time and its been that way for over 3 weeks now. I'm now at 29/30 weeks. I was hoping to get caught up in the past 2 weeks as I've been home on vacation and thought it was the stress at work keeping me up getting ready for maternity.
Unfortunately, it's not. I haven't slept in the past 2 weeks I wasn't at work.
I hope it gets better for you though!! Good luck!! | | | | Status: Offline

| aww hun.........have you tried watching a dvd in bed ? I always stick the telly on and it sends me off to sleep, snuggle in bed with a hot cup of ovaltine , a dvd and get comfy (or as comfy as you can) and I only manage about 20 mins to half an hour max of the dvd before i fall asleep.
Also are you sleeping with a pillow inbetween your legs for the SPD? I find it really helps.
I kept waking last night though everytime I moved I could hear click click grind crunch all horrible noises coming form my pelvis and it hurt like hell ! xxxxxxx |
