I'm Currently Feeling: | My sleep thread- or lack off!! My sleep pattern has been really bad recently!!
For example Yesterday woke at 5am-ish to go back to sleep about 6.30am ish then to be up at 11am for good!!
At aprox 4.30pm went back to sleep until 7.30pm!! (admittingly this doesnt help my sleep pattern )
Then got to sleep last night at aprox 2am to wake at about 3am for toilet to then wake at 4.15am!! Its now 8.50am and Im still not going back to bed!! Going to watch portland babies and will attempt to get some more sleep!!!
Im so hoping that this is to do with my awful cold and the fact its so hard to breathe laying down with baby pressed on lungs, blocked nose and sore throat..... and not some sort of insomnia developing!!???!!!
Does anyone else struggle with sleep patterns??? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh I know how that is!
Its 3:56am right now and im awake!
I find myself up until about 5am and wake up at around 2pm with maybe a nap during the day..
I just cant get comfortable at night, the baby is always kicking me and I feel like my belly is always in the way! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I know exactly how you feel kerry i have been up since 3.30am!!! To make matters worse i'm on night shift tonight which means i'm going to have to try and sleep at some point today. Thankfully i only have 2 more shifts as even after doing night duty i can't sleep. Looking forward to being off and even just lounging around and relaxing. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I tend to go to bed at about 10.00pm but ALWAYS wake up at 5.30am needing the toilet. I mean religiously at exactly the same time - its a bit wierd!! I then wake up at about half six then seven and thats when I have to get up coz I can't stand being restless.
When I woke up at 5.30 this morning I remember my bump feeling really funny, maybe it was in my dream or maybe it was a BH??!!!!!!!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I seem to wake up every 45 minutes to changes sides - my hips have been killing me for weeks and the time I can spend laying on one side has been decreasing week by week! I get up about 3/4 times to go to the toilet and combine it with a turn over! - I normally can get straight back to sleep though - luckily - but I think I was a bit excited about my last day at work today and spent half an hour or so awake from about 3.30am!
Can't wait to sleep on my back - it will be absolute heaven! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | poor you. i hope you feel better soon and get some kip. try some pure honey and natural lemon squeezed in hot water for your cold - will shift it - i promise!
all throughout my pregnancy (apt from 1st tri) i have had sleep problems. now due to being on these high blood pressure tablets i am zonked a lot and i am sleeping a lot as they tire you down and slow down the system. i will be glad when i am off them as they are pretty nasty!

I'm Currently Feeling: | I know how you feel Kerry! I was having trouble sleeping, was going to bed around 10pm then waking at 2.00am and not getting back to sleep til about 4, then waking up for good around 6am (and getting up about 5 times in between for a wee!!! lol) but recently ive been going to bed a bit later to try and stop the waking up in the night but its not working! Went to bed at about midnight last night, was shattered, but still woke up at 2 and went back to sleep about half 3 then was up again at 5.30.
Dont like it!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | thanks girls at least I can see its not just me!!!
The constant waking is awful and Im one of those light sleepers that if I wake Im closing my eyes to try and get myself to sleep!!!
The only 2 sleep positions is really not fun
I went back to sleep at 10am and back up at 12.30pm!! (with one toilet break between that) Still I dont think adequate enough time sleep!!
They say that the toilet breaks and lack of sleep is to get yourself used to baby being here but one mum I spoke to said her babies NEVER kept her up as much as needing the toilet did!!
oooh the last tri is definetly the worst for sleeping |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am definitely a VERY light sleeper!
I always sleep from about 12 a.m. to approximatly 4/5 a.m.
Not very big on sleeping.
But my sleeping habits have been going up and down throughout the pregnancy.
There are days I like to take a nap in the afternoon or sleep till about 10,then other days when I hardly sleep at all...
Actually, the further my pregnancy goes, the less I sleep!
I am just scared what will happen when the baby arrives.I bet all this non sleeping will find it's way of getting back at me.... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I went through a period of insomnia, but luckily it didn't last too long. I do wake up every hour though to use the washroom |
