I'm Currently Feeling: | Belly Button Piercing Advice Please!! I put a pregnancy bar into my belly button when I was around 20/21 weeks gone & i'm still wearing it but the skin around it has now gone really red. It isn't hurting, itching or pussing though so i'm just wondering if it's normal to go red purely because the skin is stretching perhaps??
Also what are the chances of it closing up if I do take it out? I had it done when I was 16 & i'm nearly 21 now so surely it's been open long enough to retain itself without a bar in??
Thanks girls

| It does sound just like stretching skin hun.
And mine I had for a year before I took it out two years later it is still open, although there are the plastic belly button bars you can buy aimed at pregnant women. HTH |

I'm actually wearing a pregnancy bar. It's plastic & like scobie string material lol!!
I thought this type of bar was meant to stop my belly button going all red? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It sounds like it's just streching out.
I put the pregnancy belly bar in mine, and now my belly buttom has popped a bit and the skin is also red but I won't take it out.
I mean,I'm also worried that it will close, saw many pictures where a big scar was made from that tiny whole.....xxx |
