Not weeing enough?

I'm slightly confused so need some advice i was at midwifes last week and gave urine sample and it tested positive for blood and protein so we done another sample once i'd consumed some water anyway it came back with traces of blood and protein so she sent it away to be tested and i haven't heard anything back yet she said as i had been having back pain i may have a Kidney infection which i didn't think as ihave had before but then when i thought about it the biggest sign is peeing more and you do that naturally being preggers so i thought it may be a possibility but that was last wednesday and surely she would have been i n touch by now! Anyway i was at antenatal last night and when i got home i realised that i hadn't been to the loo whilst there and i normally go at least 2/3 times and i had drank 2 cups of water whilst there anyway went to bed with usual pint of water and woke up at around two for usual toilet trip and thought i don't need to go which is again bizarre so i then slept through to 6am and still hadn't been to the loo[normally at least 1/2 times during the night] so went when i got up and it was orange/brown which is normally a sign of dehydration but i can't be dehydrated as i'm drinking loads of fluids only thing i can think is my hands and feet are pretty swelled and they maybe taking all my fluids so does your weeing stop later in pregnancy or should i check with my midwife and see if she has my results from last week?
