Unhappy

Shooting pains 'down below' 38 weeks

Anyone else experiencing shooting pains right up your ladies bits?

I am 38 and a half weeks pregnant and have been experiencing them on a daily basis and I hate it.

I'm guessing the babies head is pressing on a nerve or something.

Ouch!

Yes, I get them in my thighs too.

I guess it's a good sign that we're getting close...

Same here! I asked my OB about them again at my appointment yesterday and he said it is just the baby moving lower and lower into my pelvis putting pressure on my cervix....but like you said, it seems to take you by surprise...I was at the grocery store yesterday when one hit me and I was like, "Ooooo!" and almost grabbed myself...YIKES!

I AM READY FOR HER NOW!!!
