I'm Currently Feeling: | Pins & Needles Has anyone else suffered with this in their hand and wrist?
I've been suffering with carpal tunnel and just got on with it as it's not severe, but the last 2 days i've had constant pins and needles in my little finger/hand and it doesn't seem to be going.
Any ideas? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I got a splint from Boots that I wear at night. The OH isn't pleased as I keep bashing him in the head with it, but it's taken away the worst of the symptoms! Horrible isn't it! Good luck |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Those splints are brilliant- the pins and needles are the carpal tunel being put under pressure.
I had to have an op to relieve carpal tunnel syndrome when I was a teenager and they thought I would suffer from it while pg but I've been lucky.
I would get a splint for night, it will make a difference. They're abit awkward but definitely worth it |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm on the splints all day now to try and relieve the pain of my carpal tunnel - oh the joys but on the up side, apparently it goes away after birth! Fingers crossed (oh if only I could do that! )
Hope you feel better soon honey

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey ladies.... I also wake up every morning with pins and needles in my hands and arms... Does this mean I have carpel tunnel?
Also my fingers are so stiff and ache when I bend them... had to take my rings off too cos i am gaining 'fat finger syndrome' lol :-)
I am only 30 weeks... does it get worse than this....???
xx |

xx | It sounds like it could be. I've had it since I was 13 weeks, and tbh its got so much better using the splint. To start with some days I was in tears cos I just couldn't sleep at all and I was exhausted and hormonal and everything! There's nothing else you can do whilst you're pregnant. I've even tried physio and that didn't help! You just have to hope it doesn't get any worse! |
