Birthing/Gym Ball


Is there any difference?
I've already got a gym ball theres point getting a birthing one if there isn't a big difference...

Anyone know?

They are pretty much if not exactly the same!!! I wouldn't bother buying another since they are pretty much identical as far as I can tell!

The ones they have at my hospital look exactly like gym balls! I wouldn't bother getting another one.

The only difference is the birthing balls have a slow release if they burst, you can get the 65cm balls which do people up to 5ft 5 with the pump of Amazon for 17.99, but if you have a gym ball i'd just use that.
