I'm hearin ya there! I'm scared that i'm gonna break my bub, or when she has off days and won't stop crying, i'm petrified of hurting her. I'm not very good with my anger and I really don't want to do something i'll regret just coz i'm overtired and she won't stop screaming.

My best friend suffered from horrible PND and wasn't "natural" at all when my godson was born. We ended up doing most stuff as she just wanted to sleep all the time. I am terrified that it will happen to me as well!!

I completely understand the worry that comes with caring for a newborn. But remember the baby will not know that you dont get the nappy just right at first or that you do something different than the books say, they cant read the books and they have never had a diaper change before. What they will know is that you are there and they you love them with all your heart. Of course you will continue to worry, but they love you show your LO is what they will carry them forever, not if you try to put on a diaper and it falls off when you pick up the baby
