I def noticed this when i was still working!!! My knickers would be so wet!! But I agree I think alot of it was sweat (sorry) from the warmer weather and in my case... bigger legs !!

I worried about this with my first baby. The doctor told me that if I had a leak it would be like when you put a pin hole in a water balloon. It wouldn't just be every once in awhile. It ended up just being normal discharge or sweat or God knows what!! If you are worried though it's always a good idea to get it checked out.
