Feel like he's going to fall out

Argh it's horrible, all day I've been having cramps and it feels like he's pushing his way out of me, it's horridly uncomfortable! But just when I get my hopes up thinking this is it, it's time, the cramps go away! The pressure doesn't go away at all, but at my last doctor's apt. on Monday he said the baby wasn't engaged at all..
Maybe he's just engaging? Christ almighty if I go to the doctors this week and he says the baby still isn't engaged I'm going to ring somebody's neck!

Oh here are the cramps again, feels like I have diarrhea but I don't, when is he ever going to come!!

I hear you on this one, it's so uncomfortable it feels like he's just going to plop-out while I'm walking.

Sounds like you may be in the latent phase of labour. I was like this for a few days days before my youngest was born. Try, and get plenty of sleep. When you can't sleep through it you know things are really happening. Good luck!!
