holland and barrat stock it!!

Its def safe I spoke to my mw about it....!!!
Its meant to soften the uterus (I think) can make labour easier at the pushing stage and some say to even continue after as its good at getting your uterus back to normal size!!

My friend started drinking it from 36 weeks... her baby came at 38 weeks after a night of and she said she pushed like twice at the end

safe, not available from supermarkets or boots etc (here anyway) got my tablets from a small health food shop, supposed to make your uterus more effective, so it says on the tub! they are not coated in anything and i have to drink gallons to make them go dowm, but the mw said get some so i did.. not suitable before 30 weeks it says. MW also said that it doesn't make birth happen any sooner or faster, it just helps the muscles do their bit...(I think it's worth a go for £5)

30 weeks.... crikey thats the earliest Ive been told so far lol!!!

earliest ive read in a book is 34!! My MW said 37 cos you dont want to have a preterm labour on your hands!!! It seems that most MW's in this area say that.... but it may just be to cover there backs!!

I think Im going to start at 35 or 36 weeks
