I'm Currently Feeling: | Cramp!!!!!!!!!! OMG !!! 3.30am this morning I turned over (which is a struggle lol) and straightened my leg... ARRGGGHHHHHHHH the worst EVER Cramp !!!! I was literally stuck on the bed with tears running down my face... it was agony!!! I couldnt walk on it and its still sore this morning.
Blumming Ek! I dont want to experience that again in a hurry.... sure labour will be less painful.
Anyone else having this????

I'm Currently Feeling: | Me too! In my calves. It's so painful. I've tried stretching them before I go to bed which seems to help. you stand with hands on wall and push one leg back with toes on floor and stretch out the muscle. then do the other. hope this helps!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've never had cramp before so I had no idea what was happening to me the first time I got it. I didnt know that stretching your leg out eased it (I was curling mine further into me), I literally woke up screaming and the OH had a panic attack thinking something was happening!
I dont eat a lot of salt which is why I think I have got to age 27 without ever having it! Dont know anything that helps it now though, | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh yeah! It happened to me all the time even before pregnancy.
Cramp in my calves or feet,I think it's from sports to me but it is getting a bit worse since getting pregnant. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It does have to be one of the worst pains ever. Ive not had it with this pregnancy yet ive had it threaten me though i can feel it coming then it eases off again. I used to get it loads with my first pregnancy and it used to really hurt the next day. I dont know how to prevent it either. |
