| I would phone the labour ward for advice and ask to get checked over.
I had a simular thing happen to me when I was 28 weeks pregnant with Jessica, turned out it was because of the way she was lying and they tried to move her.
The community midwife I saw was no use at all, didnt want to know, as soon as I phoned labour ward they had me go straight in to get checked over.

Have you tried putting something really cold across the top of your bump. It makes baby move away, as they don't like it much !! 
I've had to do this a few times myself, than got in trouble from my mom when she found out
