Question

anyone had this weird pain????

for the last couple of weeks ive had a pain just above/on top of my bump slightly to the left, its there most of the time and but is worse at times, its a wierd type of pain sort of like a sharp burning pain. ive spoken to my mw today who sent me to the hospital for a check up, the doctor i saw there wasnt too sure what the pain could be and thought it could be a trapped nerve(?) just wondered if any of you ladies have had anything similar????

it sounds like it is the same thing! how strange...that they don't know what it is. i had it at around 32 weeks on and off, and a few times since but pretty much all of today i've had it. it doesn't realy feel like anything trapped...but it does feel a bit like somethings being stretched maybe on the inside? maybe it could be something trapped actually, thinking about it... are you going to try to find out what it is from another dr? if you do, will you let me know?

the doc i saw didnt really seem to know what it was but just fobbed me off with a trapped nerve....im not sure it is, but i dont know. she told me to come back if it continues so if ive still got it next week ill go back. have you seen a doctor or mw about it?

I had the excat same pain but on the right. When I asked the midwife about it, she said she hears exzctly the same complaint form all pregnant women. It's just the uterus stretching causing stomach muscle spasm.
