Sorry jumping in again over here a bit early, but.... there's a program on Channel 5 tonight (for those in the UK) called Extraordinary People at 9.00 and it's all about natural birth. Worth a look if anyone's interested in that option.

Currently, I'm hoping for a natural water birth with a bit of hypnobirthing and gas and air thrown in. But not ruling anything out!

Im having a cesearean this time - but last time think I had everything ha ha! - had gas and air but didn't like it so only had a couple of goes, had diamorphine (what they give you at liverpool womens instead ov pethadine) and an epidural but it was a mobile epidural so you can still move your legs an stuff but only a few hospitals offer this! If I had to do it again would try without the epidural cause I tore really bad cause I couldn't feel anything - but each to their own I say!
