I'm Currently Feeling:  | Fingers crossed for sweep today!!! ***UPDATE***
I have a dr appt today and am hoping an praying that dr does a sweep and sets up an induction for thrusday or friday. I'm already 3cm and 50% effaced, so hopefully dr will help get things moving a little more.

I'm Currently Feeling:  |  good luck hope your not a baby like i was when i had mine with my last i cryed and screamed but it worked and they put a pesire in as well and with in 10 mins i was well on my way good luck hun |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | have you been told that your getting a sweep? i was under the impression that sweeps are only performed when your overdue. but who knows, every midwife is different!

good luck! | This is my 3rd and he is already quite big. They promised me that they would not let him get above 8lbs like my others and they won't let me go overdue. So, dr said that if I was a wee bit thinner than last week that he would do the sweep. |

But, apparently the more children you have the more you dilate without any actual laboring. Dr said that women who have had 3-4 children can start dilating without actual labor as early as 28 weeks, which is about the time I started.
So, unfortunately, they do not consider me to be in active labor yet. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well I Had My Sweep And Golly Did It Hurt. But, The Possible Reward Is Completely Worth It. Dr Said That I Should Be In L&d Before The End Of The Week. He Can Stretch My Cervix To 4cm Dilation And I Have About An Inch Left On My Cervix.
I Can't Wait To Meet My New Little One. Hopefully This Happens Quickly. |
