I'm Currently Feeling: | baby head engaged/palpable had my 37 wk appointment today and midwife said babies head is positioned in my pelvis and in my notes she has written ceph 4/5. Does this mean babies head is 4/5 of the way in or has 4\5 of the way to go???? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | my notes have said that since 32 weeks but i still don't understand what it means despite a few people explaining it to me (can be a bit dim at times ). it is a good thing though!

I'm Currently Feeling: | I had a scan today and asked the midwife what it meant as my LO is also 4/5ths engaged, it means they can feel 4/5ths of the head. So the baby is 1/5th engaged......make sense?

I'm Currently Feeling: | whisper's right. i'm 3/5, 2 in 3 out!!!!(She can feel 3 fingers worth of baby's head, the other two are tucked in pelvis...) baby might not be fully 'in; until labour don't worry.. |
