Question

less movement than before *MW answer page 3*

Hi ladies

Just recently (past week) my Lo seems to have become less active. It is still moving but maybe only once or twice a day for a few minutes. Is this a normal thing? Perhaps due to lack of space? Jus gettin a lil bit worried because my bubs is normally really active and wriggling all over the place. i hope its jus havin a period!

awww i am sure your beanie is fine. my baby goes through quiet spells too (one today funnily enough!). your baby is probably going through a growth spurt or just feeling lazy. to give yourself a bit of reassurance perhaps give your midwife a buzz?

I have one very active baby and he's been that way since the day I first felt him move.

But, each pregnancy and baby is different honey, so please don't worry.

your beanie will have a lot less space to move around in now so that is probably preventing the same amount of movements. i get a lot less now than a did at your stage but they are bigger and more powerful movements and i noticed that was what happened as the pregnancy has gone on week by week.
try not to worry.

You should be counting movements at this stage. You should be having 10 bouts of movement in 24 hrs. If you aren't, you should contact your midwife, and they will probably send you for a check up.

my lo had quiet weeks hehe!!! Especially at about your stage!! Now shes bigger she hurts me when she moves!!

MW told me that its 10 single movements!! So in one time you can feel LO move about 5 times that would be half of the movements needed to felt!!
