I'm Currently Feeling: | Pain is only a mind issue, if you learn breathing techniques and work with your body to do whats natural then the pain will be lessened. Thats no to say it's not going to be unpainful though. Like I always say- whats a few hours of pain for a lifetime of love? |

| It hurts yes but it will hurt more if you fight it. Go with what your body is doing, it knows what to do... | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think its fear of the unknown for us first timers my best mate is due in 5 weeks and she has tried to tell me like it is bloody painful but as soon as the babies born you forget about it I ve read so many books and watched so many vids but I am still none the wiser to how its going to feel for me. Im trying to keep an open mind I would like just to use gas and air but if the pain is something I cant deal with they can give me loads of other great drugs to get me through |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think i have faced the fact that it will be sore
But im so excited about actually going into labour
Think of it this way - It doesnt last forever, in fact its over within a matter of hours for some lucky ladies. There is pain relife avalible and breathing tecniques can be helpful apparantly. Before you know it, it will be over and you will have your baby
I think you would possibly suffer more having a c-section, afterwards. i have heard that you are pretty incapable for the first few weeks, bending and lifting ect
Think positive hun |
