i've done that before when gettin up to the loo in the middle of the night thinking the loo seat was up (before and during pregnancy)! i have also had a couple of incidents where i have nearly wet myself during the night cos i fantically drink water all day and it all decides to come out at night time! i am so glad our bathroom is next to our bedroom that is all i can say!
i am very obsessive over pelvic floor exercises!
