Anyone else get this?

Hi ladies

Im 33 weeks now and for the past week ive been getting pains really low down near my pubic bone. Its worse when I go to sit down on the sofa or the bed. Also when I go to the toilet and I sit with my legs open it is really painful. Im at the midwife on thursday so will discuss it then but does anyone know what could be causing this? I dont think its because hes sitting on a nerve because it lasts too long to be like that.Any ideas? Thanks

A few nights ive woke up with really bad BH and tossed and turned and theyve warn off after 30 minutes or so. Now ive started to get a really achy lower back pain which is really annoying and uncomfortable. Its maybe all the extra weight because im only 5 foot tall lol

spd is Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction and common in pregnancy!
Its where the pubic bone flares up and gives you discomfort!!
Def mention it to your midwife.. but theres not a lot they can do I dont think apart from physio!!
Some women get it real bad they have to walk with crutches though!!

Could be SPD... or could be babies head resting in your pelvis. Get the mw to have a feel of position
