I'm Currently Feeling: | Anyone else get this? Hi ladies
Im 33 weeks now and for the past week ive been getting pains really low down near my pubic bone. Its worse when I go to sit down on the sofa or the bed. Also when I go to the toilet and I sit with my legs open it is really painful. Im at the midwife on thursday so will discuss it then but does anyone know what could be causing this? I dont think its because hes sitting on a nerve because it lasts too long to be like that.Any ideas? Thanks |

I'm Currently Feeling: | spd is Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction and common in pregnancy!
Its where the pubic bone flares up and gives you discomfort!!
Def mention it to your midwife.. but theres not a lot they can do I dont think apart from physio!!
Some women get it real bad they have to walk with crutches though!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Could be SPD... or could be babies head resting in your pelvis. Get the mw to have a feel of position |
