raspberry leaf tea

where can i buy it from in the uk????
cant seem to find it in the supermarkets

I bought the Raspberry Leaf tablets from Holland & Barrett... I would imagine they would sell the actual tea too?!

I'm pretty sure I've seen the Raspberry Leaf tea in Holland & Barrett too, but I wouldn't get it if you're already having Braxton Hicks - I'll be steering well clear thanx! - Don't need any more toning here!

You can get it off the internet as well. I found a website the other day that does all sorts of baby bits and pieces. It's called Bumps2Birth. I'm going to get mine from there along with a birthing ball and the tens machine.

hehe...I just got back from shops and have bought some! lol How uncanny.

I got capsules which are 400mg from Holland and Barrett and they were £6.49 and I bought tea bags too which have 1 gram per cup of tea and they were £1.19

Julian Graves does the tea bags but they are £1.99

I've just eaten a chicken leg and am gonna have my first capsule (it says to have pref with food; any excuse eh?). My m/w said yesterday that when she took the capsules she felt contractions shortly after. Every time she took a capsule...she said you really felt like they were toning your uterus! lol Can't wait...I'll be back on later with update! hehe

I've been taking it for almost a week now... and my BH have pretty much gone?!!!

I've been getting really strong regular ones for a few weeks now, but in the last four days, I've only had two mild ones?!!

Damn it!

I NEED THIS LITTLE MADAM OUT NOW BEFORE SHE GETS ANY BLOODY BIGGER!!!!!!
