What to expect?

I have my 34 week appointment tomorrow morning at the hospital. What should i expect? As far as i know i will be getting bloods taken, is this to check for anemia?

TIA so excited 6 weeks to go

yes i think the blood tests are to seeif your anemic *spelling*

i didnt go to hospital though,it was just at the doctors surgury with the midwife.

its my 34 tomorrow to but i had blood done at 28 week do i have it took again??????

I never got bloods taken at 28 weeks. Just seen my midwife at the surgery. Obviously things a little different here. Maybe i'm just having a later 28 week then?

you either have bloods done at 28wks or 34wks, mine were taken at 28wks. As for the rest of the appointment it is no different from any other really.

I had mine done at 28 weeks as well, and haven't done them since. Probably just differs depending on the area you live in

I had mine done at 28wks and have been told that i'll be having them again at 34wks too - maybe its because I'm resus negative, because I have to have my second shot of Anti-D then too!

I had my blood taken at 28 weeks and was told that was the last time throughout my pregnancy which im chuffed about cos i hate needles.
