Hey Girls,

Well I had my sweep today and it wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be. She said my cervix is fully effaced, which is good. She also said my cervix was soft, 2cms long and 1cm thick.......can anyone tell me what that means?????

Hopefully something happens over the next couple of days, if not am booked in to be induced on Tuesday 8th July

I was stuck at 2cm for 5 weeks before they induced me. Unfortunately that doesn't always mean your LO will make an appearance soon. Hopefully it does for you though! Never know. Good luck

So when she said my cervix was 2cm long and 1cm thick does that mean am 2cm dialated????
