Question

yet ANOTHER braxton hicks ? lol

I know so many questions have been asked...but here's another...is it common or normal for a braxton hicks to be sooo uncomfortable and tight that it is hard to breath? mine seem to be quite intense and leave me breathless, also i've been getting sharp pains below during them almost feel like sharp gas pains...but i wait and wait and i never pass wind. Are these still just braxton hicks? or could it be the beginnings or the real ones? i also get them quite frequently but not regularly they'll be anywhere from 3 mins apart to 13 mins but always less than 15 and they always last about a minute.

(oh i never got menstrual cramps with my periods so not sure what those are supposed to feel like, but i did get extreme lower back aches and i've been getting those now off and on)

aaaaahhhhh help, i'm so confused lol!

sounds like it could be BHs to me. But then I'm always confused abotu them too. And with the backache you're experiencing too it could be the start of something!!!!!..... keep an eye on the timing etc. When I had soem aches and pains earlier in the week and wasnt sure what was going on I decided that if it was the real deal starting up then at some point it'd be so painful it'd be obvious whats happening, so I felt amazingly calm eventhough I was confused. Try and not worry about not knowing the difference between BH or real ocntractions. I'm sure if they're real they'll soon let you know! Note BHs dont get stronger over time..

Good luck!!!!
