I don't know if this is a realistic option or not but if you live close to the border.... Come on over - get a P.O. Box and have Target ship it there - then when it comes in you can just cross the border and pick it up.
I don't know how easy border crossing is from Manitoba. Detroit (where I'm from) to and from Windsor is impossibly easy.

I think if you go to www.babiesrus.ca and search by Brand (disney) you should find all the winnie the pooh stuff...although now that I'm looking they seem to have less classic pooh items online then they do in the actual store.

be careful having stuff shipped into Canada though--the amount you have to pay on customs is outrageous!! if you can find a friend in the States will to buy it for you and ship it over that would be better (just make sure they mark it as a gift )
