I'm Currently Feeling:

Unhappy

I feel like I could cry.

I have been suffering with constant lower back pain for almost 3 days now.
The cramps that are kinda like period pains come and go, they're not regular.
I often think I am in labour, walk about and the pain remains.
I start timing them, then they just vanish after a few hours.
Only thing that remains is the back pain, which gets worse when a 'period' cramp comes...Like spasms.
I've suffered with back pain all through my pregnancy.
However, it just feels different.
I've also had this stitch or trapped nerve in my side since yesterday.

I can't get any rest.

I don't know if I want to cry due to frustration, that if it's labour, then bring it on.
Or due to being so exhausted?
Probably a matter of both.

I have 13.5 days left and my OB/GYN/Midwife said she doubts I will go full term.

ARRHGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.. I'm just drained.

Luckily I have an appointment tomorrow, we'll see if the baby's head is engaged.

I am pretty sure his/her head is more than engaged, due to the mass amount of pressure I am feeling.

Arhh..there we go again.. another period cramp with the back spasm.

I feel so miserable because I don't know if it's the real deal or not.
Or if I am being a complete wuss?
I have a high pain tolerance usually.

Slow labour, or not slow labour.. That is the question.

What is the answer?!

Update...

Pains started getting stronger and my back felt like it was pulsating with the stomach cramps..
Walked about for an hour, lay down for a while..tried everything and nothing budged the pain.
Called the hospital, who were so useless.. kept passing me from one person to another.
One nurse asked me if I had an appointment?!
"I wasn't aware I had to book my labour appointment!"
"OOh..you're in labour??! ... " Cuts me off and pages me through to the labour ward.
I finally get to speak to someone who actually sounded like she knew what she was doing.
She asked me how far apart my 'contractions' were.. Which I had no answer as the pain I was getting was back and belly.
It was impossible to tell when the pain would start and finish...Oh, that's right.. THE PAIN DIDN'T FINISH.
She then asks me how painful they felt..and in my mind was I in labour?
The pains were painful, however not to where they were unbareable.
Did I feel like I was in labour? ...Honestly, not sure..No?

So here I am almost 5 hours later.. Still feeling discomfort and some pain.
Nothing has really developed...and I guess I'll see how my OB/GYN/Midwife appointment goes tomorrow.
I feel totally drained, but I can't get comfortable..
My poor fiance was a diamond....even did some cleaning in case I was in labour.
He knew I'd want to come home to a clean house.

Just thought I'd let you all know..

Sorry about the long ramble on.
