Hiya 
I want to buy my birth announcement cards soon so there ready for me to filll in & send to friends & family once Anais is here
Only problem is they all seem to say -
___________________ & _______________________ are proud to announce
Im a single mum so I dont want anything like this!! Anyone seen cards that are suitable for a one parent family??

You could always have your own printed out?
Or put something witty like.. "Myself & I", "My womb & I", or something... |

I like that idea
Im gonna admit to being too lazy too do my own however & also im not very creative!!
Anyone know of maybe a website that can design cards for you but not too expensive??

Just lookin for something basic that announces my newborns name, weight & date of birth so I can send that out to all my family & friends

xxx | She does custom cards, but I don't know if it's something you'd be interested in or not.
Have you looked into getting your own printed? We did that for our wedding reception (we had two one after the wedding in Texas and one a month after in Canada) and it was pretty cheap to get them done  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'd definitely consider getting my own printed but need to find somewhere relatively cheap & based in UK
Im going to need quite a few printed so don't want them to cost the earth lol

Ok ok I'm a designer so that kind of thing would be second nature to me. But surely You could make up your own. A simple announcement isn't going to be hard.
