The body 'clear out' poss TMI

Just wondering when this 'clear out' process starts.
I hardly slept last night between major cramps, braxton hicks and running to the bathroom.
Now i wondering is this my body getting ready or have i got a bug or something.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, Doctordeesmrs I'm almost the same. My Braxton Hicks have stepped up a gear since last week and since Friday I've had loose bowels! Haven't had any cramps though. Maybe it's just coincidence and we both have a bug?

i was going to talk to someone if the Bowel movements didn't improve or if I started to feel ill in a few days.

Glad i'm not the only one. Scared of getting to excited by it all. I'm in so much pain with my pelvis i just want to meet my little man now.

just when i think my BH have stepped up and cant get much worse, they prove me wrong and step up again! When i get a bad one, it is like i suddenly need to rush to the loo (#2), but nothing happens.

i've never heard of this but it fits perfectly whats been going on with me for the last 2 weeks!
I've been running to the loo constantly after eating for the last couple of weeks. I thought I just had a bug or something, but it was every time i ate - didnt matter what it was or where it came from (like takeaway or home cooked) My sickness has also stepped up a gear again (although its never went away, its back to like i was at 7/8 weeks)

eta - i've hardly noticed any BH recently. I did before, but that was way back when i was about 23/24 weeks. Can't say i've noticed any at all in the last 3 or 4 weeks, probably had them and just not noticed i guess.
