maternity support band-any good?

MIL sent me this maternity support band and she said it helps with the back pain and .....
So i put it on two days ago and my bump was really itchy after 5-10 minutes. I felt my bump was not as heavy as before but i couldn't stand the itching, so i didn't put it oln yesterday or today.
ANyone ever used it? Any comment?

I had one given by the physio. It was uncomfortable as well, so I stopped wearing it after a couple of days. I was afraid I was squishing the baby! Try an exercise ball instead, and really focusing on exercising my stomach muscles and pelvic floors seemed to help.

At this point in the game, I'd deal with the itching for some back relief! Wish I had just gone ahead and bought one a long time ago. It would be worth it for me.

I used one for SPD and it was brill. It does itch, so I used to wear a strappy top and put it over the top, then wear another top over the top... if that makes sense lol

i sweat so much though because of the heat here in Thailand. i can't even wear a bra when i'm at home. i wear big pant with loose and think top. i feel like BBQ pig most day.when it itches, it's really irritating.
