Sorry it's my first pregnancy ( last time i don't count because i didn't make it this far ) I'm 32+5 weeks now and since the last few weeks i have this "my lower bit of the bump goes hard and around my belly botton gets really hard and pointed out" but no pain. i got that about 4-5 times a day ... since last week i got that more often like every hour, no pain and since last night i got this every half an hour. When i was having dinner i had that about 8-10 times ( in 1 hour ), with a minor pain and this morning i have this again with a bit more pain at the lower bit of my bump like period pain but no pain anywhere else, only a minor cramp in my right bump. I'm wondering if this is contraction. and if it is does it mean i'm very close to give birth. if YES then  |

| Mum (Mom) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Mississauga, Ontario Posts: 217 | Braxton hicks can come during the second trimester, they get more frequent and intense when you are close to labor but they don't necessarily mean that you are going into labor soon.. When you start feeling pressure in your back as well, this may indicate that you are having true contractions and are closer to labor |

| Mum (Mom) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: NJ-USA Posts: 418 | BH is very normal im 33 weeks and some i feel some I dont, but I had a Non-stress test and they said its getting ready for your LO to ripen the uteris. I have another Non-stres test Tues to see how the contractions are moving also for me, in the meantime take it slow. |
