When my mum was pregant with me she had so many problems and they thought she had a miscarriage but when they did a scan they said it might have been twins due to the fact theres still a baby!!!!! So maybe you had twins and miscarried one of them.

They always count 2 weeks after the last day of your menstrual period.. That is the start of your pregnancy. When actually you conceive 2 weeks after that last date of your last period. However, it's all still part of your pregnancy countdown.
