sweep was ok


just another post to say my sweep didnt hurt but was VERY uncomfortable xxx so if u have one soon dont panic x

i couldnt wait for mine either and really mine didnt hurt was just uncomfortable as she had to reach quite far up and curl her fingers around xx

Had you had many contractions before this? Or had you already lost any of your mucous plug? I'm worried that my cervix will be shut tight!

i was worried about that to i had had a few pains in my back and period pains for a few days on and off and i had lost a tiny part of my plug.

Glad it went well then! I think I've had some contractions, but I'm never sure if I'm just making it up in my head.

You sound like you have what my midwife would have said was an 'ideal cervix'. That's really good news!
