I'm Currently Feeling:  | I've bought one for the cot, definatley not getting one for the crib. I've been told they're ok in cots as when babies are in them they are in the feet to foot position so they aren't supposed to be near the top where the bumper is |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I have heard that bumper pads are just fine. As long as you have them tied snuggly and there is no room to get inbetween them and the matress. I was told that they become dangerous when the baby is old enough to start trying to stand on them and use them to try and get out of the crib.
I am sure EVERYTHING can be dangerous or a risk.... |

There's always new fads and new ideas on what is and isnt dangerous. after all, they're out to make money.
What good do the pads do except look nice? I doubt a newborn will be roling around and hitting his ehad on the bars. But hey, each to their own - plenty of kids survive with and without pads! |
