| *surprise surprise* not happy again! well after my stint in hospital i went back today and my bp has come down...its now 155/88 (better than160/110) i have still got protein in my urine and my u rates are high in my bloods...
tommy is fine and happy in his little house but my body isnt...
they way they have explained it is: baby is happy but i have the beginnings of pre eclempsia, the u rates mean that my body is not flushing out the toxins i have in there as they should do, my rate is 383 but i don really know how high that is or what it should be they just said its increasing and has since last week...this is where the toxemia comes in your body slowly poisions you and cant/doesnt take away your waste hence pre eclempsia, again they said that they want to try and keep him in until im 37 weeks (3weeks away) they dont want me driving so have arranged for my midwife to come to my house wednesday and friday and then back at the hosp for a doppler scan and more bloods on monday, any ill ness rib pain dizzyness or general feeling of unwell im to go straight back to hospital and if my bp gets to 140/90 then i have to go straight back in..
im nervous but also positive, i just wish i felt better....
i have so much to do, my bag still isnt done which i will try and do tonight, his room still isnt finished (oh's job) and maddy goes on hol thur with her grandparents so have to get all her holiday clothes together and took over thursday morning....
i just want to blink, be ok and im 37 weeks...has anyone got a fast forward button they wanna lend me>>
im also making a prediction...i think mr tommy will be here aroud the 7th of july...what do you ladies think?

| poor you. i really know how you are feeling. i had high blood pressure and protein in my urine and they were suspecting pre-eclepsia with me. midwives have been coming to see me at home and fortunatley my bp is down 132/84 (yesterday's reading) and protein is no longer in my urine. i also have a kidney infection and on antibiotics which has given me a thrush! i feel fed-up and run down. i have the consultant on thursday morning. the midwives are going to keep coming out to see me twice a week and i will have weekly appts with the consultant.
i just want to wish you luck as it is worrying. try not to worry about what has to be done - as long as there is somewhere for baby to sleep and basic things it will be enough for baby.

| Hey lovey - have no advice or anything, but just wanted to say hang on in there! Try not to worry too much about things you haven't done yet, you can only do so much (easier said than done I know!)

| Sorry its all so crappy at the moment.. If I had a fast forward button I would lend it to you but sadly I don't have!!
Try and let other people do all the jobs that need doing - I know its horrid to feel like a spare part though. Chin up and sending xx | | | | Status: Offline
