I take Benadryl every few days and use saline nose drops. Sadly, neither really does much so basically just am miserable, especially when I lie down and my nose stuffs up. Maybe you could try steam? Hope you feel better soon!

I know how you feel, everyone seems to be out mowing their lawns the last couple of days, so I´ve been running around shutting all the windows, cos the smell of freshly cut grass just really gets my eyes itching.

Quite often I just stick slices of cucumber on my eyes to ease the itching and it stops me rubbing them all the time. As for the sneezing, not found owt to combat that yet unfortuntately.
