I'm Currently Feeling: | We have 3 moses baskets lol and I havnt even bought one. They are whats been passed down from various people due to their babies growing out of them after a few weeks. Im going to have one next to my bed and one downstairs just to make things easier. I dont fancy having to move one up and down all the time. You might be better having a cot in your room and a moses basket downstairs, you will get way more use out of a cot and they have some really good priced ones its just a case of looking around. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | We dont have enough room in our bedroom for the cot so it will have to go into the babys bedroom.
Think we'll have to go for the moses basket then. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | like i did before this little man will be in a moses basket in our room on the evening until i feel its time for him to go in a cot...the sooner the reasonably better for everyone i believe to get into a routine...in the day, to begin with ill bring the moses basket downstairs but he also has a rocker chair for the day...

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hmm we got all 3, but we did get really good deals, moses basket for downstairs. A crib for our room for 1st 3-4 months..(Kiddicare.com 39.99!!! Bargain)..and we got a 1/2 price complete cotbed/mattress from a local baby shop that was closing down, she even threw in bumpers, quilts, sheets etc.....
Apparently some babies don't settle in either crib/moses basket so guess its trial and error. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | If we get there again I'll be having a crib up and a moses or carry cot down although there is other options for baby whist down stairs - baby beanbags & chairs that lean back (although expensive because they are swings too) then of course the good old fashioned wsay of just using the pram/carrycot. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've got a moses basket and a cot bed. I am going to have the moses basket downstairs and use her cot on a night. They recommend you have baby in your room for the first 6 months and i reckon she'll have grown out by moses basket by 6 months, it all depends on how big they are! My sisters baby was 10lb when he was born and only lasted 3/4 weeks in the moses basket. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | We are just going to see how we got on - we have a mose's basket and cot, but i was wondering if she may out grow her moses basket quickly and then possible buy a crib. but was just going to see how we get on once she's here.
thanks for all the advice ladies - it's good to see what everyone else's doing |
