Question

Baby's Coming Home Outfit

What are you planning to put on your baby when their ready to come home?

- Two piece outfit
- Onesies
- A dress (girls)
- An overall gown
- Sleeper

I've been looking at most of her outfits that I received from my Baby Shower and trying to decide what to put on my baby.

I don't want to deck here all out, but I do want something real nice and comfy. When she comes in the house all those clothes will come off, but I'm planning on taking photos and everything, so I might as well make her look pretty. lol

I think I'll go with a two piece White, Yellow or Pink outfit since it's almost Summer in New York.
It will probably be 90 degrees.

Just wondering what the mommies-to-be were planning for their summer bundles to come home in?

HHhhm I want to do the same as you, but I don't think I've bought anything special enough yet, only Onesies and normal clothes! I'm on the look out for that pretty little summer outfit in the shops!

LOL,

I have many clothes from my baby shower, but I just feel to buy her outfit.
Something I picked out.

I'm due July 11th. I don't have much time, so I better get started between this weekend and the next. lol

Im going to get a unisex 2-piece outfit. I saw some freaking cute winnie the pooh outfits the other day that I simply must buy.
I wont take anything pink or girlie to the hospital. Even if she was flaunting herself on the last scan. I'd hate it to be a mistake and have nothing but pink to dress a boy in lol.

Do they have a store name "The Chidren's Place" in London?
If they do, that's a good store for unisex clothing.

As far as the christening department go. Let grandma do all that stuff. They know how to do their thing from back in the days. lol
Not saying we don't know what to do, but grandma (your mom) knows what's best. She knows how to coordinated everything.

I've packed her two outfits, as i don't know what weathers going to be like. First one is an all in one (see below) and the second is some white dungarees which are made of really thick cotton sort of woolly looking. There both really soft comfy material from debenhams.

My little one is just coming home in a sleepsuit since they're snuggly comfy and obv a little coat. But since we're only gonna be taking her home and not out anywhere i figured i'd go for comfort option rather than cute. There'll be plenty of time for outfit wearing
