I have had a lot of discharge since I've been pregnant which I know is normal. However today I've had even more, so much so that I can actually feel it coming out, as if I've wet myself (sorry!)

Has anyone else had an increase in discharge as they got to the end?

I don't know about getting to the end and getting more discharge...but I can certainly sympathise with the feeling like you've wet yourself. I got so worried when it started happening that I thought my waters broken and a really enjoyable (yaeh right...) internal proved that they hadn't broken but that I just had a lot of discharge - GREAT! If I were you I'd just mention it to your midwife at your next appointment if you don't have any other symptoms.

i did have alot more around 32/33 weeks but its stopped now...doc told me its normal but i dunno everyones different as long as its nt changing colour or smelling everything should be ok ask ur midwife if u scared or worried xx
