My daughter had her graduation ceremony for preschool this evening and you would think with all the parents there they would have some sympathy for a very round noticably pregnant lady. but........ after they woul look at me standing in the back as all the chairs were taken they woul quickly look away and pretend not to see anything. Even asked one if I could have a seat and was told I am saving this for my son, who looked about 15!!!!! After standing for over a half an hour in tons of pain due to my spd I was finally able to sit down, and the ceramony ended 5 minutes later!!!!!!!!!! I have officially decided most people are inconsiderate pigs! Sorry just had to rant a bit and get it out of my system!

People can really be awful. The same thing happened to me at a PTO meeting last month. I ended up just sitting on the floor because I couldn't stand anymore.

Sorry you were treated so badly. The universe will take care of people like that

and no one offered you a chair even after they saw you on the floor! Some people just amaze me! I would bet if they were in the same position they would get all loud about it!

Ugh that is what discusts me more than anything! Especially when you're standing on the bus, losing your balance holding on for dear life and nobody can give you their *$)&ing seat! For Gods sake!

Same here. People tend to be mean and stupid. I generally keep to myself. That's why I like this board. Everyone is so sweet and caring.

The same thing happened to me coming home from town on the bus once. Bearing in mind I was about 8 months pregnant and on crutches not one person offered me their seat.

People are so rude these days.
