Painful shoulders

Im wakin up in the mornins n my shouldes kill me, where iv applied so much pressure on them in the nyt, with only being able 2 lie on one side or the other. anyone else join me? Ne suggestions?

I've not got any suggestions really but I do share your pain!! Only thing that I've found helps at all is getting OH to stuff cushions and pillows under and around me but then when I wake up for a wee in the night I have to try and get back into the same position without his help which isn't so easy!! x
