So angry.....

my hospital has completely ignored my specialists decision to give me a c section in the next few days and now i have to wait till tuesday to see "my" consultant (who i have never met before) but he is on holiday so have to wait for him to get back, instead of just seeing a different consultant.

I was kept waiting in the hospital for 6 hours yesterday and then sent home without being seen because it turned out the person i needed to see had left for the evening. But no one had the decency to tell me.

They asked me to go back in to day, but that ended up in me demanding for my notes back and running out of the hospital in tears after waiting for ages again, only to end up seeing some stupid midwife who was sent to pass on information 2nd hand.

How bloody hard is it for the right person to come and see me!!

I'm not even meant to be delivering in that hospital anymore and am meant to be transferred to the hospital where my baby will have his kidney surgery. But i can't do anything until they have signed my transfer form.

God i am so MAD with it all.

I wish they would all just stop messing with my emotions and leave me alone. I would love to only go back when i am in labour now, but i know that is not possible and would be bad for the baby for me to that.. grrrrrrr

How awful! Hopefully they get their act together soon. You've been through enough without all this mess!

i have been trying to speak to someone higher up, but they are impossible to get hold of. I feel like i keep getting passed on to different people because no one wants me as their problem.

The specialist was from great ormond street hospital and what she has said should be being taken very seriously, i have a referral letter saying i should have a c section within the next week.

So why the hell the hospital are ignoring someone who is way more qualified than they are is completely foreign to me.

I am so bloody fed up of waiting around for answers, i have been totally understanding with everything up till today....i have finally snapped and i am an emotional mess xx

It seems like everytime something bad CAN happen, it DOES. I'm so sorry you're going through this whole ordeal, it's bull***t, we truly do need some people who are more loving towards their jobs and actually enjoy what they do! Hope they get their act together soon.

I hope you get things straightened out!!! Just stay on their backs and keep calling and raise your voice if you have to. They need to realize that this isn't just a matter of an impatient preggo lady...it's about the health and safety of you and your LO!!! It does seem like Murphy's Law is working against you lately "whatever can go wrong, will go wrong" although thankfully nothing technically has gone wrong.

Good luck getting that C Section scheduled!!!
