Important Phone Numbers

So, I'm trying to make a list of important phone numbers I might need while I'm in labor, or after LO is born so that I don't have to go hunting for them when I need them, they'll just be right there. I've got my doc's office, pedi's office and a lactation consultant's number. Anything else y'all can think of?

I was the same - totally unprepared. I even forgot to take my notes to hospital so I was having to answer a load of questions between contractions.

I like the idea of cab/taxi company as DH and I don't drive. Will also be writing down my mom's number (so hubby can call her as she's in Texas), possibly his parent's numbers (just because I know how scared/excited he will be--that's of course if they aren't at the hospital), and possibly my text buddy's number (won't be calling her cell as she's in another country but could call her via landline--something to think about at least).

We aren't allowed mobiles on our ward, but Ive made a list for Matt which is:

Midwife
Delivery suite
Pregnancy Assesment Unit
My mam and dads numbers
My grandmas number (just incase we cant get through to my parents)
The ONLY taxi firm I can find in Leeds who are willing to drive a woman in labour to the hospital should my lift fall through
Matts parents numbers
Matts grandparents number (incase we cant get through to his parents)
Amy & Jen (my text buddies!)

That seems like a lot but I dont think he'll need a lot more! lol

xxx
