I'm Currently Feeling:  | 3cm 75% effaced Her head is very LOW!
Just got back from the doctors office  as the title reads I'm 3cm 75% effaced. Anything can happen I suppose. I think I'll hit the gym tonight and walk steady on the treadmill. Bring on the contractions!! Any one with stories when given this kind of news? Where you already in the hospital or was it after a weekly check up? | | | | Status: Offline
