I'm Currently Feeling: | As far as I know gas & air isn´t available over here and you have to pre-book an epidural and hope the anaesthetist is on duty when you´re there!!!
I´m gonna pre-book an epidural (just in case!) and hope for the best.
Here in Spanish hospitals they get you in and out asap I think. So if I had the baby at 9 in the morning, I could probably expect to be home for dinnertime as long as everything was ok. I think if I had it at night, I´d have to wait overnight for the morning Dr to see me then send me home. Not sure. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I wish they'd let us go home that early. At my hospital you have to be in at LEAST 24 hours after baby is born, and the pediatricians will NOT release a baby less than 24 hrs old. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | having gas and air maybe pethedine. i would also consider a water birth if my labour was all going well and it was avalible.my hospital lets u go after 6 hours providing all is well and thats how i hope to be dont really like hospitals but to scared for a home birth xxx |

You might mention it to her again and see if she knows it by these names. |
