39 week appt today - Updated 1st post

i have my 39 week appt today at 12pm the end is getting nearer, cant wait to hear my little princess' heartbeat and to see if shes engaged any more!

im in such a good mood lol despite my DH saying 'you look like i feel' this morning!



Update:

Baby Jones is very low down, midwife said not 'quite' fully engaged but you dont engage the same way in second pregnancies, so its as good as!

I have a sweep booked for next Tuesday (27th) and another next Wednesday (my due date) and if they dont work they'll look at inducing me on the Friday (30th)

Reason for so many sweeps etc is that DHs family are going away on the 2nd June and we'll struggle to get somebody to have Rhys if i go suddenly into labour as nearest family live 25min away.Rhys' labour was only 2 1/2 hours so there may not be time to wait for them to get here then travel to the hospital.
