My friend at work had a baby in october who was back to back, she said the only difference between that birth and her first was that she got pain in her back and no stomach pain. I guess its different for everyone though.
have you got a dip in the middle of your tummy, on the belly button area? my son was back to back from 24 wks plus and i had a big dip in my tummy which i was told was a classic sign of back to back. i wouldnt say labour was worse with back to back but i did find it really hard to sit down in labour and spent the whole time standing up swaying from side to side which really helped! i even give birth to him standing up but on the plus side i found that much better than sitting on the bed so will be giving that a try this time.
You can do it Toria! i agree with samantha though try and get on all fours as much as poss to use the gravity to turn bubs around,or lean over your birthing ball through eastenders each day.
My midwife scared me last week by saying "hmmm you are quite tall so you might have a back to back" she said it is quite common for tall women to have back to backs, something to do with being tall and having a tilted pelvis or something but she didnt say that my LO was back to back yet, although bubs is not engaged yet so i guess there is more time.
I'm so short though! I really hope she turns around although she has no space to.
